Payment via cheque or postal order

If you prefer to pay via cheque or postal order, at the end of your shopping trip with Create-n-Celebrate proceed to the checkout and select the cheque payment option. 
You will be e-mailed an invoice and payment instructions, simply print a copy of the invoice and send it to us together with your cheque or postal order.
Please write your name, address and order number on the reverse of your cheque.

Please note that If Create-n-Celebrate have not received your payment within 7 days of placing your order, it is automatically cancelled from within the payment system.

When paying by cheque, please note that as per standard banking practice, we allow 5 full working days after receiving your cheque to allow for clearance through the banking system before we dispatch your goods.
Please make all cheques payable to Create-n-Celebrate.
We can only accept cheques from UK bank accounts and in £ sterling.

Out of stock products

Should any of the products you have ordered be out of stock when your order is processed, you will be contacted and given the option of either an alternative item or refund.

Delivery and processing of your order

Create-n-Celebrate aim to process and post out all orders paid for via Worldpay and Paypal within 48 hours.
Please do allow 7 working days before making enquiries about your order.

Please note:

If your parcel is undelivered due to no one being at the delivery address when the post office calls, they will leave you a card for you to collect your parcel from them at your local delivery/sorting office.

If your parcel is returned to Create-n-Celebrate due to being uncollected from a local sorting office, a refund will be made to your credit card for the cost of the goods minus the cost of the postage and packing, along with a charge of £1 for on line payment fees. Goods will not automatically be resent. In these circumstances, customers will need to re-shop for their order.

Due to high credit card processing fees we are unable to add any products to an order placed and paid for, unless the additional products have a value over £5 excluding any additional postage and packing charges.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post.
Some larger orders will be sent by courier.

Refunds and returns 

When you order your goods over the Internet, you are entitled to view your products for up to seven days within your own home.
If within this period you decide not to purchase the products, you are entitled to return them to Create-n-Celebrate unopened and in their original saleable condition for a full refund less the cost of the postage.

*Please note that cut ribbon, tulle, organza, cotton candy, spiders web and mulberry paper is non returnable.

If you return goods to Create-n-Celebrate, please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item.

Faulty goods

Should any of your goods arrive damaged, please e-mail Create-n-Celebrate within three days of receipt and return any faulty goods to us within five days of receiving your order.
Please also enclose a copy of your invoice with the reason for returning the item and your choice of either a replacement item or a full refund.
Create-n-Celebrate will, on receipt of the faulty goods exchange or refund the cost including return postage incurred.

Please note:
Create-n-Celebrate suggests you obtain a certificate of postage, which is free via the post office when returning goods. We are unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost in the post.
